Vicky Jean-Ali is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in client service, client success, and risk management. She builds a distinguished career in managing billion-dollar portfolios, advocating for clients and enterprise risk management.

Vicky’s journey began on the front lines of banking, where a commitment to client centered service shaped everything that followed. Over the years, she has grown from servicing small business portfolios to overseeing a $1 billion specialty client portfolio and most recently as a Risk specialist.

A graduate of American University with a degree in Finance and Marketing, when she is not navigating complex financial landscapes, she is likely navigating a new corner of the world. Fueled by a love of travel and the belief that every new destination offers fresh perspective worth bringing home. Her passion for traveling informs how she leads, solves problems, and builds lasting relationships.

Outside of work, as an alumni of American University, she mentors and coaches the next generation of leaders. Vicky enjoys reading, exploring the outdoors, and hosting game nights with her friends and family in the Northern Virginia area.
