Robert Sichel
Partner, Managing Director

Rob is a Partner and Wealth Advisor at TritonPoint Partners, where he focuses on helping multigenerational families preserve, grow, and thoughtfully transition wealth. Drawing on his background as a tax attorney, he provides strategic guidance that integrates investment and tax considerations to support long-term family goals.

He works closely with his father, Rich, in a father-son partnership that reflects the very families they advise. Together, they bring complementary perspectives shaped by different generations, enabling them to better understand and navigate the dynamics, values, and priorities that influence long-term wealth decisions. This collaboration allows them to foster deep, lasting relationships with clients and to guide families through both the technical and personal aspects of intergenerational planning.

Prior to joining TritonPoint Partners, Rob led the fiduciary practice at the law firm K&L Gates, where he advised wealth managers, investment advisors, consultants, and retirement plan sponsors on navigating the complexities of U.S. laws and regulations. He also served as General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer for a $20 billion registered investment advisor, where he oversaw legal strategy and risk management for institutional OCIO and investment management services. Earlier in his career, Rob was internal ERISA and IRA counsel at two major Wall Street banks.

Rob earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law and holds a doctorate in tax law from New York University School of Law.

Outside of his professional work, Rob enjoys long runs and occasional marathons with his wife, Sylvia, and spending time with their two daughters.
